The Closed Session will bring a new dimension for teaching & coaching in self-defense (and martial arts). 

The material presented is research based with real-world applications. Learn from 500Rising Director of Training, Linn Haraldsvik, as she shares both her personal experiences as well as what the research supports as effective engagement with this reality. 

NOTE: The course registration fee of 37.50 is nonrefundable as all course participants will have access to the material for 45 days. A portion of the course cost goes to support our scholarship fund.
